While some therapists are open and accepting to talking about sex, sex therapists have engaged in extensive training, which includes attending additional years of both schooling (post Masters) and supervision to become specialists in this field. I am currently enrolled in the Sexual Health Alliance Certified Sex Therapist program and expect my AASECT certification in January 2025.
Most clients start by meeting weekly or every other week, especially in the beginning when we’re getting to know each other and digging into the work. We’ll talk together about what pace feels right for you based on your goals, availability, and needs. As therapy progresses and things begin to stabilize, many clients shift to check-ins every 4–6 weeks for continued support. You’re welcome to pause, reduce frequency, or end therapy at any time.
I no longer offer sliding scale or reduced rate options. To find a sliding scale therapist, visit Open Path Collective. To find reduced rate sex therapy services, visit The Cannon Institute
I am not an in-network provider and do not work directly with insurance companies. Insurance invoices (also called "superbills") are available upon request and can be used for FSA/HSA accounts and out-of-network coverage. If you submit a superbill to your insurance company, they may reimburse you for a portion of our counseling fees, depending on the mental health coverage of your insurance plan.
Yes, I offer a free 15-20 minute phone or video call to answer any questions and to determine if the therapeutic relationship is a good fit.
I see clients from 9am to 4pm Monday to Thursday. I am not in the office Friday to Sunday.

Therapy is an investment in your relationship with yourself — your growth, your healing, and your ability to feel grounded and connected.
My practice is private pay, which means you have full control over your care without the limitations of insurance.
