Offering both in-person and telehealth therapy
You can contact me by telephone or email* to schedule an appointment or a free 30 minute telephone consultation. After scheduling your appointment, please download my practice's intake forms to fill out and bring with you. The privacy policy is posted here for your reference.
During our initial session, we'll meet for up to an hour and will use this time to build comfort and learn more about each other. You can tell me about what brought you to therapy and your goals for our meetings. We will then collaborate together to develop a plan that meets your goals in therapy.

Rates, Insurance and Availability

My rate for individual therapy is currently $130/hr.
I am paneled with the following insurance companies: United Healthcare, UMR, Optum
Please verify with your insurance before the first visit to see if authorization is required and if I am an in-network provider for your specific plan.
Some of the cost of our treatment may be reimbursable from other insurance companies through your out-of-network benefits. If you choose to use your out-of-network benefits, I can provide you with a statement of services which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Out-of-network benefits vary considerably, so you may want to call your insurance company and ask them the following questions: 1) Does my plan cover out-of-network benefits? 2) Is pre-authorization required? 3) Do I have a deductible? 4) What percentage of my sessions is covered? 5) Are there any session limits? 6) What information would you need me to send you to provide reimbursement?
Juniper Counseling Services accepts a certain number of clients on a sliding scale fee.

I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is due before or at the beginning of each session.
